COVID 19 Instructions to Members

Updated: May 12, 2021

Rules to be followed by all members once the club re-opens.

1. From the 17th May, 2021 both the big and small tables are available for play. To avoid  there being no more than four people in the club at any one time so that government regulations can be observed both the small and big tables have to booked in advance using the booking system (see below).

The committee has risk assessed these measures in line with UK Government and WPBSA guidance on COVID-19.

The committee will arrange for a daily clean from 6pm-7pm. The committee have also provided signage, sanitiser and brought in social distancing measures. We have developed the following guidelines that every member must follow so that we can work together to keep our club safe and secure for everyone during this difficult period.

Player or Member Guidance

- No booking no table

- Sign in and out

- Sanitise hands before entry and exit

- Leave cover off big table

- Small table out use

- Sanitise table equipment before and after use

- Sanitise toilet key before and after use

- Sanitise hands after using the toilet

Table Booking System.

1.Members are required book a slot on a table BEFORE GOING TO THE CLUB. A web based booking system has been implemented so that members can book slots at the club on-line. You can access the booking system via this website providing you have been allocated a system account. If you don't have your account name please contact either Malcolm Cleverley or Derick Stephenson to receive your details. USE OF THE TABLE WITHOUT A BOOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, members found ignoring this rule risk having their membership suspended by the committee.
